We want you to be completely satisfied with your Poppy Lissiman purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all full-priced items. Please ensure your items are returned in their original condition, including all branded packaging and protective dust bags.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Poppy Lissiman box or pouch, ensuring all tags remain attached and the product is unworn.

  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
